Nasal aesthetic surgery (rhinoplasty) is not a case of hocus pocus. An operation is conducted on a live tissue and this live tissue physiologically responds to the surgery. This natural response is edema, so there will be some swollen place on the nose. It lasts 6 to 9 months for disappearance of this swollen place and final shape of the nose. This means; at the end of one week your nasal atrophy is taken. The nose is seen more beautiful as soon as the atrophy is taken, but it is somewhat swollen. This swollen place gradually decreases during the next months and takes the final shape.
In the meantime the healing on respiration; intranasal silicones are removed 2 days after the surgery. You begin to breathe comfortably when the silicones are removed. Within the first month, congestions may be experienced occasionally because of the healing tissues and scabs inside. At the end of one month, you will be able to breathe more comfortably.
